Click and collect


All orders placed between 4pm Sunday 22nd December and 10am Thursday 26th December 2019 will be processed for collection by 12 midday on 26th December.



If you live near one of our stores and can’t wait to fit your new flooring, then why not use our newly launched Click and Collect service. Simply order online and select the collection option and await for notification that your delivery is ready to collect.

We aim to have your order ready for collection 2 hours from receipt of order, but to save you any wasted mileage, we will email you as soon as your order is ready to be collected.

For any reason, should we be unable to process your order for collection within our expected 2 hour timeframe, a member of the Customer Service team will contact you with the further details.

Should your order be placed after 5pm or outside of opening hours, your order will be processed for collection the following day.

We will hold your order for 7 days. Should you not collect within this time period we will send you an email to check if you still require the items, if not the will be immediately refunded. We understand that sometimes refurbishment and decorating projects run over, so should you need us to retain your order on hold for longer, please contact our Customer Service team who will arrange this for you.

Please remember to bring proof or order and proof of ID. Without these items, we will be unable to release your order.
